Our home inspections include a detailed visual non-invasive inspection of the property.  We inspect all accessible and visible components of the house including:

·         Cooling

·         Plumbing

·         Electrical

·         Fireplace

·         Attic & Insulation

·         Doors, Windows & Interior

We encourage our clients to join us for the inspection.  This will not only give you a better understanding of noticed issues, but will make you more familiar with the property.  Within 24 hours following the inspection, you will be provided a detailed report outlining any known issues including recommendations and photos.
