Meet our Inspectors
Our inspectors come from a broad construction background. They have a combined 23 years in the construction industry from residential to commercial and condo construction.
They are members in good standing with InterNachi (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). IAQ2 (International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants). Members of these association have strict entrance requirements and all members are required to fulfill annual continuing education hours.
We follow the InterNachi Standards of Practice ensuring a high quality home inspection following strict internationally accepted guidelines.
Mark Deacon
Mark Deacon has worked in the Construction industry for 13 years. During these years, he took time off to serve our country and spent 6 years in the Canadian Air Force as a journeyman Aerospace Control Operator in a NORAD facility. During these 6 years, Mark continued to work in the construction industry spending most time off and annual leave on various jobsites.

Chris Deacon
Chris Deacon is a journeyman in Local 675 Carpenters and Joiners of America union. He has 9 years experience in new home, commercial and condominium construction as well as home renovations.
